Asbestos Surveys
We are fully accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to carry out comprehensive surveys to determine the presence of asbestos and undertake a full risk assessment. All Ensafe consultants are fully qualified to carry out the surveys they undertake and undergo regular refresher training.
UKAS Accredited Bulk Sampling and Laboratory Analysis
The safety of Ensafe clients being paramount, any asbestos sampling undertaken is carried out to the highest possible standards as set out by the Health & Safety Executive guidance document. Analysis is carried out at Ensafe laboratories in accordance with UKAS accreditation. To provide the best possible service both laboratory staff and consultants are fully trained to undertake analysis, ensuring surveys are completed accurately and efficiently.
Web-Based Asbestos Registers
Sophisticated Asbestos Management Software is used to give exclusive access to individual databases whenever required.
Asbestos Management Plans
Providing bespoke asbestos management plans and workable procedures that are fully compliant with the regulations, including all procedures for controlling any site portfolio to ensure that contractors and staff, through routine maintenance or planned projects, are aware of all the risks. These are incorporated within design specifications and method statements.
Annual Re-inspections
On-going monitoring on a regular basis of asbestos containing materials that remain in situ to ensure they remain safe and manageable.
Full Turnkey Asbestos Removal Project Management
Ensafe Consultants are skilled in project management and will work with you to produce the necessary and appropriate specifications and tender documents to satisfy all relevant legislation and help you to manage specialist removal contractors to ensure that the work they undertake is carried out correctly, safely and in the most cost effective manner.
