NEWLY QUALIFIED OR EXPERIENCED CONSULTANTS/SURVEYORS - Northampton + Ipswich
Starting salary £18-25k + negotiable depending on experience + company vehicle + benefits
We are seeking individuals with experience of Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys and who have a minimum of 3 months post P402 qualification. For this role you will need to demonstrate a high level of IT literacy and business awareness as well as have experience of report writing and dealing with clients. Although the position is based in Northamptonshire you will be travelling nationwide and we welcome applications from individuals or teams with varying experience.
Applications are also welcome from more experienced consultants who either hold, or are looking to gain P403/4 with experience of Air Monitoring and 4 Stage Clearance. Excellent people management skills are required in order to provide a high level of contract management to clients along with mentoring trainee surveyors.
PROJECT MANAGERS - Northampton

Due to continued success and growth we have fantastic opportunities for experienced Project Managers who are qualified to P402/3/4/5, S301 and CCP to undertake project management for our diverse range of clients. With extensive experience within the asbestos field you will utilise your strong business acumen to manage and develop contracts. A methodical approach on site is essential and you should be used to working to strict quality procedures. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record of business development, administration and IT skills. Excellent people management skills and a dedication to providing the best possible service for our clients and representing Ensafe in a professional manner at all times is essential. This position requires nationwide travel, therefore a full clean driving licence is vital and a flexible approach to working times to accommodate client requirements.
TRAINEE ASBESTOS CONSULTANTS - Northampton
Starting salary £14-16k depending on aptitude and qualifications + benefits
We are looking for intelligent, hardworking and dynamic individuals for an interesting and rewarding career and the potential to progress within the company. For this role a clean driving license is essential as you may be required to drive a company vehicle. A good standard of education and IT literacy will also be necessary as you will be inputting site data into a computer system and you will assist in the undertaking of site sampling of building materials. No experience is necessary as all training will be provided. Although the position is based in Northamptonshire you will be travelling nationwide alongside trained consultants. Trainee Asbestos Surveyors will work toward gaining a through understanding of asbestos surveying so that they may gain the P402 Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos qualification.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN - Northampton & Ipswich
Starting salary £14-18k + negotiable depending on experience
Due to expansion, Ensafe Consultants are looking for an additional Laboratory Technician at our office in Ipswich. You will be qualified to P401, with at least 6 months post qualification experience. The successful applicant will be conscientious, analytical, organised with good attention to detail and an enquiring mind. You will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for the analysis of asbestos samples, collation of information, organisation of laboratory and site equipment and liaison with operational staff. In addition, you will be involved in quality tasks and quality control.
