Greg Kirkman - Managing Director
Greg Kirkman has been involved in asbestos consultancy since 1989, working initially as an asbestos analyst, progressing to asbestos surveying and project management. He has also been involved in areas of Environmental and Health & Safety. Greg also acts as an Expert Witness assisting organisations with any legal issues.
Richard Assenheim – Technical Director
Richard Assenheim joined Ensafe Consultants in 1995 after a number of roles within the asbestos industry including asbestos surveying and project management, laboratory analysis and laboratory management. Richard has joint responsibility for implementing and maintaining the quality system. Additional tasks include overseeing audits and reviews and ensuring all staff training and company policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to. Richard also heads up all asbestos training, both internally and externally, and liaises with technical and legislative bodies and other laboratories. As an ABICS assessor he is highly regarded within the industry.
Karen Harvey - Personnel Director
Karen Harvey joined Ensafe Consultants in 2000. Her main role involves overseeing all areas of staff recruitment and retention, monitoring staff personal development including mentoring programmes and our in house appraisal system and personnel management at all levels. She also ensures all internal and external Quality systems are maintained. Karen’s previous experience is in facilities and catering management delivering services to Central Government Departments, local authorities and blue chip clients.
Jon Clements – Commercial Director
Jon Clements comes from a diverse business background having originally trained and worked in the hospitality industry. Jon first worked with Ensafe in 2005 as an External Consultant and joined the company later that year. Jon has worked for a number of blue chip companies as well as developing businesses in catering, telecoms and online entertainment.
