HR Administrator
Location: Daventry - Northampton
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the HR strategy in co-operation with the HR Manager and Board of Directors in alignment to the wider Business Strategy
- Promote a culture that reflects the organisation’s values, encourages good performance and rewards productivity
- Build good working relationships and support the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Directors
- Establish and Maintain all HR systems and records
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues
- Assist with the recruitment process, ensuring it aligns with the requirements of the business
- Support Employees through the onboarding and induction process
- Assist with the management of all Employee confidential data, including leavers, retirees and new starters
- Liaise with Finance to ensure all payroll data is submitted in a correct and timely manner
- Assist with the disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures
- Attend internal and external meetings as required
- Record and handle personal information in accordance with GDPR
- Prepare and issue employment contracts to new employees
Education & Qualifications
Experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong administrartion skills
- A basic understanding of employment laws
- Interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- An understanding of employing staff
- Computer skills to include databases, spreadsheets, word processing
- Note / minute taking
- Working in a team or with people
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
