Account Manager

Reporting to Contracts Director

We have an opportunity for someone suitably experienced (asbestos wise) with real personality to come and join us to take on/over an Account Manager role for a large demanding Multi-National Client.

The role is not operational, in the sense that the successful applicant would not be undertaking any on site PM and/or surveying work themselves, but would involve the management of PM & survey teams working on the specific clients’ accounts to ensure the works are planned and delivered to the client’s requirements and our UKAS standards and in line with our Vision & Values.

Senior Consultant

Reporting to Field Senior Quality and Technical Manager

Job Purpose: To carry out asbestos surveys and/or air monitoring and project management of remedial and removal works ensuring the company delivers services effectively, profitably and in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures and quality systems. This includes possible involvement in pre and post contract review, review of job files and other services, site visits, accurate information gathering, personal delivery of site works and management of site works to ensure profitability and excellence.

This will include efficient deployment of staff, overseeing and reviewing of projects from commencement to completion and staff management including training, communication, appraisals, motivation, discipline and development. Ultimately you will responsible for creating a working environment which encourages company success by maintaining a high standard of work efficiency.

Trainee Asbestos Consultant

Reporting to Field Senior Quality and Technical Manager

Job Purpose: To assist qualified surveyors/consultants with conducting asbestos surveys and to learn all quality and technical procedures in order to perform their duties. To gain full understanding of all legislation and work toward gaining a thorough understanding of asbestos surveying and gaining the P402 Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling qualification for Asbestos.

Apprentice Data Entry Clerk

Reporting to TEAMS Migration Lead

Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. Check source documents for accuracy. Verify data and correct data where necessary. Obtain further information for incomplete documents. Enter data from source files into the prescribed computer database – TEAM’s. Check completed work for accuracy. Store completed documents in designated locations. Comply with data integrity and security policies.
