Asbestos Consultant

Reporting to Surveying Manager

To carry out asbestos surveys / air monitoring and or project management of remedial and removal works ensuring the company delivers services effectively profitably and in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures and quality systems. Personal delivery of site works and management of site works to ensure profitability and excellence.

Asbestos Laboratory Bulk Analyst

The primary function is to ensure that all bulks are analysed to meet agreed KPI’s and SLAs, with all record keeping associated with this function ensuring the company delivers services effectively, profitably and in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures and quality systems.

P401 Qualification desirable

Salary:  £17,500 + Overtime

Report Writer

To create formal reports based on site asbestos surveys and projects to include sample analysis results using in-house systems and data transference.  Reporting of survey results in accordance at all times with Ensafe Consultants quality standards and UKAS legislation.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve required, CAD experience desirable.

Salary:  £15,000

Technical Contracts Manager

Delivery of services in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures and quality systems. This includes pre and post contract review of job files and other services, site visits, accurate information gathering, costing jobs, and completing proposals, gathering costs, and management of site works to ensure profitability and excellence.

2-5 years experience in all aspects of asbestos consultancy required

Salary:  £26-32,000 per annum dependant on experience

Operations Manager

Ensuring delivery of the day-to-day running of site surveying & analytical operations in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures, and quality systems. This will include efficient deployment of staff, overseeing and reviewing of projects from commencement to completion, and staff management including training, communication, appraisals, motivation, discipline, and development.

Strong organisational, leadership and people skills required

Salary:  £32-35,000 per annum dependant on experience
