With over 20 years experience in the industry, our Training and Development Department is headed up by one of the UK’s leading asbestos experts. Approved by the United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association (UKATA) and recognised as a British Occupational Hygiene Society Training Provider (BOHS), we are established for providing an unrivalled development framework and with this you will be trained to be the best in the industry.
Our dedicated Training and Development Team have built tried and tested programmes of development by combining ‘on the job’ and ‘off the job’ training to ensure all staff are fully trained for the job.
We will drive you to meet your personal aspirations as well as meeting company objectives.
As well as providing you with the technical skills and knowledge needed for your role, we will support you in further development by providing functional skills, leadership & mentor coaching delivered in our in-house training facility.
Ensafe NVQ and Apprenticeship Programme
At Ensafe we give all members of staff regardless of age and level within the business the opportunity to further their skill set by offering nationally recognised vocational qualifications. We work in partnership with the local college to deliver courses in the office and in the classroom.
You will be provided with a dedicated tutor, course material, resources and study time to complete your course. Programmes last from 12 months but you can work at your own pace to finish sooner!
Training whilst you work will not only help you get more out of your job but open up new opportunities to further training and your career development.
Since we launched the programme in 2014, we have seen major developments and an improved skill set allowing our workforce to gain an improved skill set leading to natural progressions within the business.
